One of the largest museums of contemporary and modern artwork in the United States and a flourishing cultural hub within The Bay Area. The remarkable collection of sculpture, painting, photography, design, architecture, and media arts are housed within a LEED Gold-certified building created by the world-renowned designers Snohetta and Mario Botta. In addition to seven floors of showrooms, SFMOMA offers 45,000 square feet of art-filled, open public space, accessible to all San Francisco, California people.
